He has successfully completed the entire CCIM core course requirements. and is proficient in Argus valuation software. With more than $67 million in transactional volume in his first four years with Harrison & Bates, Zac is an experienced professional and top producer. Zac holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Radford University.

Charles Dubose is a Managing Director and Partner in the Bethesda, MD-based mortgage banking firm, Phillips Realty Capital. Through a network of life insurance companies, banks, pension funds, and commercial conduit programs, Charles works with commercial real estate investors and developers in evaluating and processing various debt and equity financing alternatives available in the market to satisfy his clients’ needs and objectives. He opened a Richmond, VA office in June 2003 and is responsible for growing the firm’s presence in the Richmond/Central Virginia region. Charles’ background is in investment and commercial banking, Charles received a Masters in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and his undergraduate degree from Davidson College.
