John Gentry is a Senior Vice President and a Principal/Owner of Grubb & Ellis | Harrison & Bates, as well as Principal Agent of Harrison & Bates Investment Realty Advisors. John is a 24-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, having participated in hundreds of leasing and sales transactions throughout his career. Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, John worked as a real estate appraiser. He holds a B.S. degree in Corporate Finance from the Culverhouse School of Business at the University of Alabama.

Bruce Milam Vice President and a Principal/Owner of Grubb & Ellis| Harrison & Bates, brings thirty-two years of experience in the real estate business, seventeen of those as a developer of suburban mixed use communities in Northern Virginia. As a broker, Bruce has represented Lowes Homes Stores, homebuilders, and apartment developers in site selection, as well as investors seeking apartments for investment or re-development. He manages the multi-family property division of HBIRA. Bruce is a graduate of the University of Virginia and was the company’s top producer in 2005 and sales leader in 2010.

John Hauserman is an Associate with Grubb & Ellis | Harrison & Bates and serves as a Principal Agent in the multi-family division of HBIRA. His background reflects extensive education and experience in commercial and multi-family land development, sales, leasing, public relations and project management. John is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Real Estate and Land Development. He also spent 3 years at Ohio University in Athens, OH studying Manufacturing and Industrial Technology Engineering.

Stacy Johnstone is an associate with Grubb & Ellis|Harrison & Bates and serves as Client Coordinator for all investment disciplines of Harrison & Bates Investment Realty Advisors. She joined Grubb & Ellis | Harrison & Bates in 2005 where she served on the marketing and design initiatives team for six years. In 2011, Stacy joined the Harrison & Bates Investment Realty Advisors team and she is responsible for research, marketing, client relations, coordinating inventory and website enhancement. Stacy is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts, she is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a licensed Real Estate agent in the State of Virginia.
