Directions to Grubb & Ellis|Harrison & Bates from the south (I-95) and east (I-64) and downtown:
Take I-95 North to Exit 79 (I-64 West to Charlottesville). Take I-64 to Exit 183-B, which will bring you onto West Broad Street heading east. Immediately move to the left-hand lane. Turn left at the first light into Genworth Complex. Turn right at the first intersection (in front of the small lake and fountain), then left at the first corner. Go to the end of the lane and you will be looking at the entrance to the Southern States Building. You may find convenient parking either to the right or the left.

Take I-95 South to Exit 75 (I-64 West to Charlottesville). Take I-64 to Exit 183-B, which will bring you onto West Broad Street heading east. Immediately move to the left-hand lane.
